The Roof Terrace is available to all tenants. It’s a light, airy open-air space with a pergola and comfortable loungers for chatting and sharing ideas. Seating areas include chairs and tables for meetings and events and a dining table for eating and entertaining clients. Framed by gorgeous green foliage and breath-taking views of the city, it’s the perfect place to meet, collaborate and inspire.

The ground floor main entrance offers two new units, ideal for food and beverage outlets, retail or showrooms. Situated on Quay St, the building sits opposite 20 Stories, The Ivy and the Opera House. Other exciting eateries and bars nearby include Blues Kitchen, Albert Schloss and Soho House, as well as Mollie’s Motel and Diner (opening Autumn 2023).
[Meeting space 
The ground floor of Quoin is fitted and furnished with a business lounge and bookable meeting spaces, all designed with inspiring, comfortable and calming colours and textures and modern and stylish furniture. There are two meeting spaces available for tenants to use with one seating a maximum of 6 people and the other seating up to 10.
